A Peek At Our Week

Hey Parents!
We have had a busy second week of school!  We conducted our first science experiment, started changing classes, posed for our fall pictures, and spent time socializing at the ice cream social!  Whew!
I wanted to say "thank you" for all the support you have given.  You have either donated items needed or your time.  I feel truly blessed and so appreciative of your kindness!

We have a few tests coming up this week, so make sure to check out the Weekly Test Schedule.

This is a reminder from Mrs. Sims (art teacher):

Dear parents,

In an attempt to help keep the students’ uniforms from getting stained during art I am requesting the students bring in their own art shirt or apron. These will be kept in the individual classrooms and brought to art during their designated time each week. This can be an old t-shirt you have at home, you do not need to go out and buy anything new for this, anything that covers their uniforms will do. I would prefer shirts that have short sleeves so they don’t get in the way.

Please send an oversized shirt or apron in a large zip-lock bag (both labeled with your student’s name) in to their homeroom class as soon as possible.

Thank you,
Megan Sims
